Alexandra is a proud Nebraska Cornhusker. She graduated with her BA in dance from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. After performing with a small dance company in Lincoln for two years, she moved back home to Minnesota. Alexandra attended and completed the cosmetology program at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis.

She is honored to have worked for Cole’s Salon in Savage, MN for five years where she built a significant clientele working as a hairstylist. Over the years she has continued to dance professionally while adding yoga to both her personal practice and professional repertoire. Alexandra completed the YTT 200 HR program at Yoga4You and is a certified yoga instructor.

She has many years of customer service experience and continues to look forward to serving the clients of Bane O’Leary Wealth Management.

Raymond A. Meifert is the vice president of marketing and business development at Bane O’Leary Wealth Management. Ray has more than 25 years of marketing and sales management experience and is a former vice president of marketing for Katun Corporation in Minneapolis. Prior to joining Katun, Ray held various executive marketing and sales management positions with 3M Company’s Data Storage Products Division and its spin-off company, Imation Corp. He has the reputation for connecting with customers and developing easy-to-understand marketplace positioning and communications. In addition to Ray’s experience in a corporate setting, he has held executive and advisory positions in venture company settings, as well as serving on the city of Edina’s Art and Culture Commission. Ray is a graduate of the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and has a graduate degree from Tulane University.
